3. Prices and Payments

  • 3.1 Does your price include RAWS?

    Yes prices include all clearances and compliance costs.

  • 3.2 Can we still negotiate on the prices found in your website?

    Yes, the prices on our website are negotiable. It is done by submitting offers and queries online or contacting your Account Manager (AM) via phone or e-mail. ATOZ 24/7 Customer Service Center can also be reached via e-mail at csc@autoterminal.com , via phone at 0403 065 332 using the Live Chat function on the website.

    Online negotiation- After you have logged in and searched for a vehicle, just type in your offer amount at the upper right box in the vehicle details page and press Send Offer. A counter offer will be sent to your email.

  • 3.3 Do you allow paying in installments?

    No, vehicles will only be released upon full payment of invoice. Payment is required within 7 days from date of confirmation.

  • 3.4 What are your Terms of Trade?

    Our Terms of Trade is detailed under My Account of the Main navigation Menu.

  • 3.5 Where and how do I make my payment?

    We are currently accepting payments made through Bank Transfer, cheque, or cash. Please include your customer ID number on any transfers made to Autoterminal.com Australia so we can immediately identify your payment therefore, avoiding units being cancelled from account and delays in releasing documents. For cheque payments- Check, provided it is bankable or can be en-cashed within 24 hours. It should be good as cash.

  • 3.6 How do I view my account status/statement?

    After logging in, go to My Account on the main navigation menu and click on My Reports. There you will able to open your account statement report, notices, invoices and detailed stock/inventory list.
