AutoTerminal.com Australia (ATOZ) Sales Online

• Prices are shown on the ATOZ website (after login) in Australian dollars.

• Quality used vehicles are available for purchase online from inventory in Australia and in transit to Australia.

• Prices shown are inclusive of customs clearance and compliance.

• Upon confirmation of the vehicle a 10% deposit will be required within 48 hours. The full balance must be paid before the vehicle will be released from ATOZ. All paperwork for the vehicle will be retained until all funds have cleared.

Negotiation on ATOZ Inventory

• To negotiate prices for ATOZ inventory you can submit offers on-line or contact your Account Manager (AM) in Australia by phone or email. You can also contact our Customer Service Center by email at csc@autoterminal.com or contact us using the ATOZLive chat function on our website.

• All prices are negotiable and all offers and inquiries are welcome.

Confidentiality

• We don't share, sell or reveal any information about our customers to any unassociated organization.

Retention of Title

• You will not receive any vehicles unless those vehicles have been paid for in full. If payment is not received after the due date, we may enter any premises where the goods are and repossess them. No title shall be transferred to you until we receive all the necessary payments and documents.

Penalties and Interest

• ATOZ reserves the right to charge penalties to cover costs and lost revenue resulting from cancellations or transactions that are not followed through or due to failure of timely payments by customers.

• ATOZ has the right to claim interest at the rate of 10% per annum on any outstanding overdue amount.
